This photograph was taken from Lower Breakish in May of 2010 on a day trip to the West Coast and Skye.
After visiting the Glenelg Brochs, I enjoyed the 5 minute crossing on the small ferry to Kylerhea and made my way round the Isle of Skye, driving slowly I must say as the scenery is quite spectacular.
The view towards the Cuillin Hills was stunning, I think it’s about the only time I was also able to clearly see the Torridon and Applecross Hills on the mainland from the Isle.
